SHIPPING
We try to fill our orders as promptly as possible and usually can ship within 3-5 days of receipt of order. With standard delivery and insurance, your order should arrive in 7-10 business days.  Special orders may take longer. Rush shipping is available - just give us a call at 301.383.2875 and we'll check the appropriate rates for you.

SCULPTURES AND  FRAMED ART
Sculptures and Framed art will require white glove delivery by freight with a surcharge to cover additional shipping costs. If this is the case, we'll contact you to arrange delivery to your front door. Please note these items may be delivered in a crate. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to post office boxes. 

FAQ
How long will my order take to reach me?
We try to fulfill all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping time is based on estimates from our shippers like USPS, UPS, FedEx or our white glove delivery services.

What if I want to return the merchandise I ordered?
We want you to be happy with your art purchase so if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a store credit or exchange after 14 days or if the art is custom or shows obvious signs of use or damage. We also can't issue store credit for gift cards.
Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact us prior to sending the item back so we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

Do you do approvals for art?
Absolutely! Just let us know you’re interested, we will work closely with you and a financial agency to make it happen for you. The client assumes shipping costs for items on approval.

What if the art is out of stock?
Every once in a while, the art will be out of stock. We’ll notify you immediately and if you decide you’d like to proceed with the order,  we will contact the artist first thing, so we can fulfill it as quickly as we can. If not, we’re happy to refund you back to the form of payment.

Is my credit card and personal information safe?
Yes – and that’s something we take very, very seriously. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. We never share your email address with other businesses, we know art lovers really don't like that!
